School Strike 4 Climate calls for action on climate

Students demand that politicians take our future seriously and treat climate change as what it is: a crisis.
On Friday 25 March XR South Australia rebels were at the steps of Parliament supporting SS4C’s first Climate Strike since the state election. Photographs are by Jordan Ellis and Anna Markey.
Extinction Rebellion supports SS4C demands:
- Net zero by 2030 which means no new coal, oil or gas projects including the Adani mine
- 100% renewable energy generations and exports by 2030
- Fund a just transition and job creation for all fossil-fuel workers and their communities.
